Prashaant Steel & Alloys is a leading Titanium Wire Manufacturer in India. We provide customized solutions, timely deliveries, and competitive pricing which makes us trusted supplier and stockist of Ti alloy spring wire.
Titanium spring wire refers to a metal wire made of titanium or titanium alloy and is therefore recognized for its advantage of versatility and high performance. ASTM B863 Titanium Coil wire is manufactured in many standard sizes, and thin grades, or gages which are employed in these more sensitive uses such as in medical implantation or aerospace products, as well as thicker grades used in welding, filtering, manufacturing and other uses of titanium products. Titanium grade 2 wire can be found in different alloying, mainly containing titanium or combined with other elements such as aluminum, vanadium, molybdenum or iron.
Corrosion resistance ability of Ti Grade 2 Spring Wire makes it popular among users. It develops passive oxide layer on its surface and cannot corrode in extreme conditions such as in salt water, chlorine and acids. This makes Titanium Alloy Wire to be less prone to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. In marine and chemical processing applications, wires made from titanium yield serviceable results despite exposure to exceedingly harsh environments. Titanium wire for anodizing is used as Ti alloy for anode and other metals such as stainless steel as the cathode.
It is best to use Ti Grade 5 Flat Wire in high temperature conditions is suitable. It can withstand high temperatures of 500–600°C of strength and shape; it is ideal for applications where there is hot gases and combustion or high temperature processes. Titanium flat wire is perfect for MRI Machine, magnetic resonance imaging Machine, and all sorts of medial merchandise. The company has exported these wires in multiple countries and wide range of application. 14 gauge, 16 gauge and 20 gauge titanium wire have high-strength and they are corrosion resistant which makes them suitable to use in corrosive medium. PSA is reliable titanium wire supplier in India, We stock these wires in wide range of diameters and sizes.
These properties also make Pure titanium wire rather challenging to cut and bend and to join with other materials through welding. Titanium is biocompatible material which makes it not harmful for living tissue. This property makes Thin Titanium Wire useful in medical implants, dental products and surgical tools.
